School Community Newsletter
A storytelling-driven school newsletter designed to help parents and donors feel personally connected to life inside the school.

- Objective
- Create a publication that parents and donors genuinely want to read and makes them feel part of the school's success.
- Audience
- Parents, donors, and the broader school community.
- My Role
- Interviewed students, teachers, and parents; wrote and shaped the editorial content; developed the overall tone and narrative direction.
- Approach
- I focused heavily on human-interest storytelling rather than dry institutional updates. By using specific everyday moments, student voices, and warm, accessible language, the school experience came alive on the page.
- Outcome
- While not explicitly designed as a fundraising piece, the high emotional connection the newsletter fostered generated over $10,000 in unsolicited donations.
